Aglow Enterprise has perfected its manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency. Broken down into eight steps, our manufacturing method yields high-strength products that our customers desire.

Blanking

The first step is to select the wire according to the project requirements. We offer a range of materials to choose from, The wire diameter provided is from 1.5mm ~ 10mm. Plate thickness: 0.5mm~6.0mm. Sizes up to one meter.

Wire Drawing

Wire drawing refers to the process of reducing the diameter of metal wire by passing it through a series of increasingly smaller mold holes. The purpose is to cut the raw material and shape it into wires of different specifications.

Bending

In metal processing, a bending machine is used to bend finished materials such as metal wires, gold plates, or pipes into the desired shape at a specific angle.

Welding

We use robotic arm welding technology to make every welding spot uniform and precise, and to enhance the strength and beauty of every welding spot. This not only improves production efficiency, but also reduces material waste and subsequent processing time.

Punch

Stamping process, encompassing multiple operations such as cutting, punching, forming, drawing, and bending, is capable of mass production and the completion of complex components. Particularly suitable for large-scale production, the high precision of stamping dies ensures the consistency of product quality, enhancing product performance and durability.

Assembling

During the assembly stage, we focus on the precision and consistency of parts. Professional calibration fixtures ensure the flatness and accuracy of the product, thereby simplifying the assembly process and ensuring strict requirements for dimensions and tolerances.

Trimming

Trimming is a process used to remove sharp edges or burrs on metal parts so that there are no corners on the surface of the product, and it feels smooth and smooth to the touch.

Surface treatment

After grinding or polishing, in order to enrich the color of the product and give it additional protection, you can choose to apply various surface treatment technologies such as baking paint, powder coating, anodizing or electroplating. These treatments not only bring diverse colors and exquisite effects to the product, but also ensure the inertness of the material and enhance its hardness and corrosion resistance. In addition, customers can also require special acid and alkali resistance treatments for products based on specific application needs to ensure that they maintain optimal performance and appearance in various environments.
